Return Policy
We strive to guarantee your satisfaction by being very clear about the details of each listing and as clear pictures as is possible. Our personalized products cannot be returned for a full refund. If we have made a mistake in the personalized information you've provided then we will correct and mail a new product without charge to you. If, however, you've made a mistake in the personalized information and you would like to change it, then you will first have to pay $3.85 for a replacement product plus pay to reship the new product. Be certain to provide accurate personal info for personalized products to avoid additional correction fees. All other products that are not defective will require a 10% restocking fee plus shipping, unless you would like an exchange for another product of equal or greater value. In that case you will only pay for shipping the return item and the exchanged item.
